IF YOU WANT TO WORK FROM HOME

FOR REAL EMPLOYERS

BUT CAN'T SEEM TO GET THE WORK

READ ON

From:  The HOME office of a Successful Virtual Freelancer making a full-time income right from her own desk in her slippers.

Dear Fellow Freelancer:

--> Are you serious about working from home for YOURSELF?

--> Are you TIRED of NOT making money?

--> Are you TIRED of NOT landing the job or project?

--> Are you TIRED of spending countless hours trying to figure out
HOW to land the job and HOW to get work?

--> TIRED of wondering WHY you didn't get the job or project?

--> TIRED of submitting proposal after proposal with NO success?

--> TIRED of the "stuff envelopes" or "read ads" pursuit that goes NOWHERE?

THEN CHANGE WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO WHAT'S WORKING FOR OTHER SUCCESSFUL FREELANCERS WHO ARE GETTING THE WORK!

Do you think you could learn something from a Successful Freelancer who makes FULL-TIME money working from her own computer and is also an employer of Freelancers?

My Sales Letter kind of sucks but that's because I'm really a ten year Virtual Freelancer, not a sales person.  I've been successfully working from home for a decade doing the same work I have done and would do in someone else's office.

Writing Sales Letters isn't my forte, landing projects working from home is

Getting up when I want to get up

(providing my work doesn't have to start at a certain time),

saving gas because I don't have to commute,

being able to attend my kids' events without having to get permission

to leave work,

totally molding my day the way I need it to be molded,

not having to get dressed for work

and a list of other things --

THOSE are my forte.

One of my friends wanted to start working from home but she didn't know how to compete with the growing number of freelancers doing and looking to do the same thing.  I told her how to do it and she has been working from home every since.

She told me I should write an eBook telling others the same things I told her.  That I should consider some type of "teaching" on the subject because she had been trying to work from home for almost a year with no real success.  Within a week of me sharing what I've learned over the years she landed two projects, and she's continued to land them every since.

Well, I don't consider myself the best "teacher" material but I knew I could definitely outline my formula for success.  My formula is simply the result of years of trial and error and practice and research.  I never gave up.  I was determined to work from home and for MYSELF.

So I sat down and went to it.  I wrote 20 pages of the meat of how I land nearly any and every project I want, when I want.

Anytime I need extra work, I know I can land something almost immediately.  I now have the know-how of ten years.

I also employ and oversee other virtual employees/contractors so I also have the employer's side of the knowledge.  I know exactly what catches the employer's eye and makes a person stand out among the hundreds of other bids and proposals for the position.

I know what makes the employer completely ignore a bid or proposal and even worse, hit the "delete" button.  Employers don't have a ton of time to closely examine every single proposal or bid that comes in...you immediately stand out or you don't.

I also KNOW the horror of hundreds of thousands of people THINKING they submitted a great bid or proposal and not having ANY IDEA that it's not even close.

So I put together a Virtual Freelance Guide with a simple outline, Dos and Donts, Pros and Cons, What to Do and What NOT To Do, How To Catch The Employers Eye, How to Write a Successful Proposal and more.  20 pages of freelance and employer EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE.

FACT:  Employers generally get a minimum of 100 proposals for each job they offer

FACT:  Employers of virtual freelancers look for different things than employers of onsite employees when hiring.

FACT:  Your resume WILL NOT sell you alone for an online position.

FACT:  Online employers are much more skeptical than onsite employers because there are many more risks in dealing with virtual employees.

FACT:  Your resume will be one of the last things looked at by an online employer...and this is only AFTER you've made it to the "favorites" list.

FACT:  Billing is a very important factor in landing a virtual job.

FACT:  A maximum of 1 out of 10 proposals catches an online employer's eye because they don't have what it takes to get their attention.

FACT:  Many Virtual Freelancers think they know what it takes and think they have a winning proposal but they're not landing the jobs and can't figure out why.

FACTIt can take you months to years to figure out what you're doing wrong by tons of trial and error, failed proposals and research.

FACT:  This Guide will teach you what catches the employer's eye; what they're looking for; what they're not looking for; and how to get the job!

FACT:  This Guide will greatly reduce the amount of time you spend submitting failed proposals, trying to figure out what you're doing wrong and why you're not getting noticed when you know you should be.

I don't do work-from-home mailings, survey answering, etc.  That's a bunch of crap.

I work from home providing administrative assistance, typing, virtual office management, preparing reports for major real estate companies and an array of other virtual projects from real employers paying me real money.

YOU CAN TOO!

YOU CAN MAKE MONEY WORKING FROM HOME PROVIDING YOUR SERVICES TO REAL EMPLOYERS!

Everyone has a service or skill to offer - you just need to know how to convince people to take you up on it FROM YOUR OWN HOME

You CAN make your proposal stand out above the rest.

You CAN get the jobs IF you just have the inside information.

You CAN make MONEY providing your services, whatever they are, FROM HOME.

YOU CAN'T JUST WRITE UP WHATEVER YOU THINK WILL SUFFICE AS A PROPOSAL AND RELY ON YOUR RESUME TO SELL YOU!!

Landing virtual jobs is a totally different ballgame than landing onsite jobs.  The rules are different.  The methods of landing the job are different.  Nothing about it is the same and this is where most people go wrong - in thinking it is the same.

Your resume is NOT enough to get you noticed.

The FACT is that most employers don't even look at resumes until they've narrowed down a list of favorites to between 5 and 10.  Sometimes they don't even care about them then.  It's all in a few other key factors.

So HOW do you get in the "favorites" list?

How do YOU get noticed

How do YOU make money working from home?

FOLLOW the rules in this Guide!

I've been doing it for YEARS.  There's no reason that YOU can't too...but you have to know what makes virtual employers TICK!

Question:  Have you spent WAY TOO MUCH time submitting proposals and trying to land Freelance Work and WAY TOO LITTLE time actually producing income ?

Question:  Have you NOT figured out why you've submitted SO many proposals and landed SO little jobs or projects ?

Question:  Do you think you have a winning proposal that will surely get you hired? If you did, you'd have the job .

Question:  Do you WANT to work from home as a Freelancer?

Question:  Are you WILLING to take advice from a SUCCESSFUL Freelancer who lands almost every job she sets her eyes on?

If you answered YES to even ONE question

I CAN show you how to

WORK FROM HOME SUCCESSFULLY.

After writing this guide, another friend of mine quit her job.  She was over all of the crap at her job, she had been over it.

We've been friends for a while and she had been interested in working from home but never really took much action.  She looked around a bit and saw that there was a lot of stuff out there she could do.  She started asking me questions about how I did this, or how I did that, etc.  So I sent her a copy of this Guide.

She immediately read it (while we were still Instant Messaging LOL) and immediately felt confident that she could pursue this.  It wasn't as intimidating or hard as it looks from the outside once she had a few insider tips and tricks.

Two days later she started taking action on what was in the guide.  Another two days later she landed her first project!  She immediately Instant Messaged me and sent me a text message.  She was so excited and so was I!  For one, I'm always happy for my friends' success but for two, it felt good to help someone have the luxery of working from home that I have.  She has kids just like I do and working from home is a Godsend in more ways than one.

A few frequently asked questions:

:: Can ANYONE make money freelancing?

YES. Everyone has a service to offer or something they're good at that other people can benefit from and use. MANY people are outsourcing every task you can think of.

:: Why am I not landing the jobs if anyone can do it?

Because MOST people THINK their proposal is great or their background alone will land them the job. VERY FEW people actually know how to land the job until they've undergone time-consuming, lengthy trial and error. You HAVE to follow a few simple rules and tips to be noticed by employers.

:: Do I have to have a bunch of experience in the field I'm trying to land a job in?

NO. NO. NO. You don't. You just need to know WHAT catches the employer's eye and sells YOU to them.

:: Won't my prior experience land me the job because I've done what the employer is seeking before?

Absolutely NOT! You can have all the experience in the world. If you don't have the knowledge it requires to land freelance work, ESPECIALLY virtual freelance work, you WON'T land it. Your resume is a SMALL portion of what employers take into consideration AND a lot of employer's DON'T even look at your resume, especially when just narrowing the list down to a few favorites. Your resume, if viewed, will be one of the last things they look at...and generally they'll only look at their "favorites" resumes if they look at them.

:: I've been submitting a lot of proposals for a long time, but I haven't gotten any work.

Then YOU NEED INSIDER INFO!

This is what you get...

  • The Pros and Cons - Some people don't realize what ALL of the pros and cons are and how to weigh them properly.  Knowing the pros and cons prepares you for the business and what you should/should not expect.

  • Create - One simple thing that you should create to associate yourself with.  It's totally free to create and you don't need any software, subscriptions, etc.  It will make people think of you and remember you.  (Couple of other things to consider creating too but one really important one - sometimes it's the simplest things!)

  • Paid Membership Sites - Whether you should or shouldn't invest in paid freelance membership sites.

  • Bidding on projects - Which projects to bid on and HOW to bid. This is important in building your business and making money right from your own computer while wearing your fuzzy house shoes!

  • Proposals - Learn how to make the employer want YOU!  Stop writing proposals only to have them overlooked, deleted and not given the attention they deserve. START writing propsoals that will land you the job and make the employer crave you and instantly see your value to their company.

  • Your Website - Find out whether or not you can survive this business without a website and the basics you need if you do have or want one.

  • Working on the Project - Things you need to know about AFTER you land the job or project.  These are just as important as the things you need to know about how to land the work.

  • Billing and Invoicing - A subject that not many people put much thought into thinking that it's pretty cut and dry and NOT knowing there are some things about billing and invoicing that can MAKE or BREAK your freelance venture.  Billing is a VERY important aspect to potential employers and one of the key things they hone in on when dealing with freelancers.

So, how much does it cost you to gain my knowledge and experience in the biz?  Next to nothing...$9.00.  That's less than $.50 per page.

Are you ready to finally be successful in working from home?

YES KAREN, I'm ready to make a very small investment in my future of a comfortable living working from my desk at home wearing what I rolled out of bed in if I feel like it!

I understand that I will get INSTANT access to this knowledge after purchase

P.S. - I know you will be successful if you just implement the same techniques that have made me successful.  It's for us "normal" people...whatever that means.
